An excellent small pocket book that can be carried everywhere and when you find yourself waiting in a line up, pull it out and read a few lines.
Books like this one can be re-read over many times as each new read will bring fresh new awareness and ideas.

Our world is fashioned by what and how we think, and if we continue to think the same thoughts over and over, they will become our future.

Daily Planning and Action: Keys to Unlocking Success
A good question to ask yourself daily is: “What is one thing I don’t want to do today, but if I did it, it would make my business and/or my life better?”
Succeeding in your job or business could be based upon talking to new people.
Do that now.
Grow your network, it will equal your net worth.
What are other ideas or ways you can succeed in some small way today?
Every day before you end your workday ask this question: “What is the one thing I can do now today?
So, when I lay my head on the pillow, I will have a peaceful and restful sleep and awaken ready to take on the next new day.”
Plan your “to do list” the night before, so you have a clear plan for the next day and will not waste time thinking in the morning, “what was it I was supposed to do today?”
Affirmations: Empower Your Personal Growth Journey
Do you have a personal list of affirmations?
If you do you are well on your way.
In the moment of a negative thought, stop!
Say to yourself cancel, cancel, cancel and then rephrase the thought into a positive statement of truth and speak aloud the desired new thought.
Ask a trusted friend or mentor to review your list to ensure all of the words are empowering.
Same with your goals/plans review them regularly to ensure they are what you want and worded to support and empower you to attain them.
After all they are what you say you want!
When they don’t get you excited daily then it’s time for some deep reflection.
Or perhaps you have attained what you wanted and time to plan the next chapter of your life.
