1. Fees & Payment
The total fee for this 10-session one-to-one personal coaching package is $3,000 USD. This is a special offer rate (Regular rate: $600 per session). Payment is required in full before the first session begins.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are typically scheduled at the agreed frequency. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at the Coach's discretion. Paul Sahota reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Coaching Services & Relationship
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling and is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
The Coach will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all Client information unless release is required by law. The Coach-Client relationship is not protected by legal privilege (unlike the medical or legal professions).
5. Technology & Communication
Client understands that sessions may take place via telephone or video conferencing. Client is responsible for their own internet connection and technology readiness.
6. Termination
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, sessions already conducted are non-refundable.
